Environment Southland has notified its revised Progressive Implementation Programme.

In July, ES councillors gave the green light to progressing the People, Water and Land programme.

The Environment Court has issued a direction stating that the period for joining the proposed Plan appeals under s274 is extended until 22 June 2018.

The Environment Court has received 25 appeals on the proposed Southland Water and Land Plan.
